Project Description

The award-winning Grand Hyatt Hotel at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) serves as the luxury gateway to the Airport as well as a central hub to the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Certified LEED Gold by the US Green Building Council, this 350-key, AAA 4-Diamond Hotel offers rich dining experiences, opportunities for respite and relaxation, and dynamic spaces for collaboration and celebration. The 4.7-acre Project site is close to the terminal buildings and parking garages with easy access to US Highway 101. The scope of the Project included the construction of a bridge connecting the Hotel to a new, high-end AirTrain Station, as well as underground utility movement and the realignment of South McDonnell Roadway. PGH Wong provided the full range of Program and Project Management Support Services.
