Our Approach

We approach Digital Delivery as a strategic alignment of human and digital resources throughout the project lifecycle from planning and design to construction and asset management.

Digital Delivery is more than just the application of technology—it is an end-to-end, integrated system of people, platforms, and processes that promotes collaboration, transparency, and data continuity.

Our team uses state-of-the-art tools to generate, validate, manage, and interrogate data to continuously identify improvement opportunities and enhance project outcomes. Our capabilities include:

The PGH Wong
Team has implemented a unified digital framework to enhance collaboration across more than 25 contributing firms. By integrating multiple platforms, the team has streamlined data sharing, interface management, model coordination, and document control. This approach has resulted in measurable time savings by reducing manual workflows and accelerating milestone reviews.

Bi-State Development MetroLink Green Line Project
The PGH Wong Team has developed and implemented an extensive, project-wide Digital Delivery Plan that encompasses Building Information Modeling (BIM), CAD
standards, document control protocols, information management workflows, and digital QA/QC processes. This integrated digital approach provides consistency across disciplines, improves coordination among project stakeholders, and enhances the quality and traceability of project data from design through delivery.
