Wong has provided engineering services including design, construction management, and project management services to Muni since its inception in 1985.

Third Street Light Rail Project
Wong led the Joint Venture design team on two critical segments of the Third Street Project and corridor-wide support services. This 5.4-mile new light rail transit line extension extends the Muni Metro through the Third Street alignment to Visitacion Valley, enabling the entire San Francisco community and the Bay Area, through BART, to be accessed from anywhere along Third Street.

Muni Metro Turnback Project
Wong was responsible for all systems design and construction management of the $120 million Muni Metro Turnback Subway Project.

New Central Subway Project
As prime consultant in a joint venture, Wong is currently managing a team comprised of 20 consulting firm to provide design service for the $1 billion New Central Subway Project.

PCC Historical Streetcars
Wong provided engineering, inspection, and testing services for the rehabilitation of the PCC Historical Street Cars that run today along Market Street.
