PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. (Wong) is serving as a prime consultant in the capacity of Project Management Oversight for the Federal
Transit Administration (FTA) on projects in Boston, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, and Atlanta. Wong acts on behalf of the FTA to assure that
federally-funded projects are implemented within scope, schedule, and budget and with the highest professional quality and standard of care.
Wong conducts bi-weekly and monthly progress reviews for activities involving design, management, construction, procurement, third party agreements, claims,
schedules, budget, cost control, quality assurance/quality control, safety, and start-up. Findings and recommendations for any corrective actions are presented to
the grantees and FTA. Budget, schedule and quality are continuously monitored throughout execution of these projects. Wong reviews the Project Management Plan
(PMP), Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), and Fleet Management Plan, and also assists the grantees in developing these plans. Wong also performs Risk Assessment on
major projects.

Rhode Island (South Corridor) Commuter Rail
In an effort to increase mobility in southeastern New England, the State of Rhode Island, in cooperation with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, entered into
the Pilgrim Partnership Agreement (PPA) in 1988. Pursuant to the PPA, the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) sub-allocates Federal formula funding
to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) in exchange for commuter rail service to Providence, Rhode Island. The South County Commuter Rail
Project (SCCR) is a continuation of the bi-state goal to improve mobility within the shared corridor. RIDOT has identified the need to extend commuter rail
service to meet the travel demand in the South County area.

Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA)
Wong is providing project oversight on the rehabilitation of the CQ311 married-pair cars and assessment of MARTA's Fleet Management Plan. Wong recommended that
MARTA update the ridership baseline data by obtaining additional observed Peak Hour Peak Direction Data and utilize the Breeze System (MARTA's new universal fare
system) data. These data will be used to project average weekday entrees; ridership in Peak Hour Peak Direction at Maximum Load Point, and ridership from Transit
Related Development, Regional Transportation Initiatives.
