Jail No. 3 Project
The San Francisco County Jail No. 3 Replacement Project replaces
the existing Jail No. 3 built in 1934 and provides a 768 bed,
maximum security detention facility for the San Francisco Sheriff's
Department (SFSD)
The new Jail No. 3 (205,226 sq ft) is a "four-leaf clover" design
with four housing pods and a square core. Each of the four housing
pods extends from one side of the core and consists of 96 double
occupancy cells, on four levels with two recreation areas. The
core contains classroom, counseling, library, medical and dental
space.

Minnie and Lovie Ward Community
Center Project
Wong performed cost estimating services for the demolition of
the existing Recreation Center Facility at Ocean View Park and
the new construction of the Minnie and Lovie Ward Recreation Center
Project. The work included preparing demolition cost estimates
on the existing building structures and their related utilities.
